What can my assistant do?
All our virtual assistants possess at least one or more of the following skill sets: Executive admin, customer support, social media & marketing, bookkeeping, project management, design and web development. Once we get to know your requirements and profile, we will carefully match you up with a dedicated assistant tailored after you and your business.
Where are your assistants from?
Our team is based in Europe, and every single one of our assistants are fluent in English. We'll assign you an assistant from the country of your preference. Currently we have assistants from Denmark, The UK, Greece, Spain, Norway, Ukraine, Serbia and the US.
Will my VA be working on the weekend?
Our VAs work standard business hours, Monday through Friday. You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend. If submitted before/after business hours, your VA will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them. We do want to note that if you send a task minutes before the workday ends, it is unlikely to be completed that same day.
I just signed up! What can I expect next?
First, welcome aboard! We will begin locating the best possible VA for you using the information you shared during the signup process about your working style and personal preferences. After we’ve determined who would be the best fit for your needs—we’ll send an email connecting the two of you! We suggest hopping on a quick call soon after. We aim to introduce you to your VA within two business days of signing up.
Can my partner use it too?
All the plans except the Starter plan have at least 2 users included. This means you can both take advantage of your VA within the total hours you have. The Executive plan covers up to 5 users.
How are my hours tracked?
We will keep track of the total hours (down to the minute) through
Harvest and send you weekly reports. Feel free to ask us for a report at any time. If you are running out of hours, we will notify you well ahead.
Do my hours roll over?
As a monthly membership service, our clients subscribe to us for the ability to retain a EU-based virtual assistant. While each plan offers a different level of service, as a membership subscription our plan hours do not rollover, and your membership fees are not tied to time specifically.
Can my VA make outbound phone calls for me?
Sure thing. Your VA is happy to contact vendors, make reservations, and place phone calls for you.

How do I pay?
After we've assigned your assistant, choose the plan you'd like to sign up for. You can pay online via credit card. Your plan will renew on the same day each month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Your monthly fee is the only charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no contracts or long term commitments.
How can I protect my company information?
All Vasolve virtual assistants have signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering the protection of your information and intellectual property. In addition, take advantage of cloud technologies and save information and files on cloud-based platforms like Dropbox or Google Drive. This means that your sensitive information is stored centrally rather than on an individual's personal computer.
Can my VA make purchases on my behalf?
Yes! Your VA can place orders, make purchases, and schedule payments safely and securely. To share credit card information, passwords, and other sensitive data, simply have your VA collect your information over the phone. This way, we can ensure your information remains safe. At Vasolve, we are committed to the security of your account!
Using LastPass' advanced encryption technology and cloud-based data storage, your assistant is able to securely store your sensitive data and use it to access an account, make a purchase, or contact a third party on your behalf.
How to set it up:
1. Call your VA - To share credit card information, passwords, and other sensitive data, simply have your VA collect your information over the phone. This way, we can ensure your information remains safe.
2. Bank-grade security in the cloud - Your sensitive data is encrypted and stored securely in the cloud.
Your VA will only access your sensitive data when you send in a request that requires it, such as credit card purchases or logging into an online account.
