GET STARTED, we schedule a call to find out what your requirements are. From there we match you up with an assistant and you get a chance to speak with them before you sign up with us.
How do I pay?
After we've assigned your assistant, choose the plan you'd like to sign up for. You can pay online via credit card. Your plan will renew on the same day each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no contracts or long term commitments.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Your monthly fee is the only charge.
How are my hours tracked?
We will keep track of the total hours through Harvest and send you weekly reports. Feel free to ask us for a report at any time. If you are running out of hours, we will notify you well ahead.
Can my partner use it too?
All the plans except the Starter plan have at least 2 users included. This means you can both take advantage of your VA within the total hours you have. The Executive plan covers up to 5 users.
